University leadership is a structured system that ensures the institution operates effectively, aligns with its mission, and serves the needs of students, faculty, and staff. Our leadership model includes aÌýBoard of Trustees, which provides oversight, sets strategic priorities, and ensures financial sustainability. TheÌýOffice of the PresidentÌýleads the university, representing its interests to external stakeholders while guiding overall institutional direction. Working closely with the president, theÌýOffice of the ProvostÌýfocuses on academic affairs, faculty affairs, curriculum development, and research initiatives, ensuring that academic programs maintain high standards and align with institutional goals.

Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ leadership also involves representative bodies that give voice to key university stakeholders. TheÌýFaculty SenateÌýadvocates for faculty interests, participating in policy development, academic planning, and institutional decision-making. Similarly, theÌýCivil Service SenateÌýrepresents university staff, addressing workplace concerns and contributing to policies affecting non-faculty employees. TheÌýStudent SenateÌýensures that students have an active role in shaping university policies, advocating for student needs, and enhancing campus life.Ìý
